At TwinkleGowns, we are proud to offer shipping to most countries worldwide. Please review the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
TwinkleGowns ships to most countries worldwide.
Please note that shipping availability may vary for certain remote areas, islands, military addresses, or locations restricted by shipping carriers.
2. Shipping Origin
Orders are shipped from our warehouse or partner facilities in China.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT+8) on business days will typically begin processing the same day or the next business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your destination, selected shipping method, and order value, and are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders. Any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
Please note that, unless otherwise stated, any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees that may apply will be the responsibility of the merchant.
5. Processing & Production Time
To calculate when you will receive your order, please use the following formula:
Total Delivery Time = Order Handling Time (3–7 Business Days) + Shipping Transit Time
Shipping Fees:
• Standard Shipping: $9.90 (FREE for orders over $500.00).
• Expedited Shipping (USA Only): A flat fee of $19.90 applies.

Made-to-order items: approximately 4–5 weeks production, plus 3–8 business days shipping
Shipping time may vary depending on destination, local delivery conditions, customs clearance, weather, holidays, and seasonal demand.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We strongly recommend ordering made-to-order items 1–2 months before your event date to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
Total delivery time consists of processing time for in-stock items or production time for made-to-order items, plus shipping transit time based on the selected shipping method and destination.
